Legal Agreement

Some program being conducted through Viva Educational Trust are sensitive because they are related to the life and financial activity of the candidate. Therefore, the candidate should provide proper data so that there is no difference in his scholarship. Documents can also be improved over time. Scholarships and other winning amounts will be payable in the name of the candidate only. 

Following are some of the policies of the legal agreement:

Termination Policy: According to the organisation, if the data given by the candidate is found to be wrong, then the admin reserves the right to cancel it.

Refund Policy: The candidate can get his refund by cancelling his programme 10 days before the scheduled time of his chosen programme. In the event of a termination, the candidate will not get the benefit of the refund policy. A refund will be given by check. This check will be drawn in the name of the candidate or the candidate’s parents.

Award: The winning amount will be given to the winner by the organisation at the time of price distribution. The prize distribution schedule and timing of the event will be communicated through email, WhatsApp, call, SMS, or letter. Even after this, if the information is not received due to some reason, you can still get it from the website.

Scholarship: A scholarship will be given to the candidate according to his current class only.
