All participants are advised to carefully read and understand the policy before completing their registration.

1. General Policy on Refunds
Once a candidate has successfully registered for any program and all activities have been conducted as planned, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This includes situations where the participant has attended, completed, or taken part in the scheduled sessions, assessments, or activities without any operational issues from the organization’s side.

2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund request will be considered only if the organization is unable to conduct the registered program or activity due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, the refund will strictly follow the verification process detailed below.

3. Mode of Refund
If a refund is approved, the amount will be issued only through cheque, and the cheque will be made solely in the name of the registered candidate. No third-party payments, transfers, or name changes will be allowed. The refund cheque will be provided by the authorized officials of Viva Education Trust.

4. Verification and Processing
Before initiating any refund, all relevant documents, participant records, registration details, and fee receipts will undergo mandatory verification by the Trust. Refund processing will be carried out only after these checks are completed and the case is found eligible as per policy guidelines.

5. Final Decision Authority
The final decision on any refund request rests with the management of Viva Education Trust. Their decision will be considered final and binding.
